1. Commercial Licensing Scope
All tracks delivered by AdWave Music include a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license permitting use in digital advertisements, social media campaigns, broadcasts, and corporate videos. Rights apply indefinitely upon full payment receipt.
2. Delivery Objectives & SLAs
Our standard target turnaround is 24 hours for Express orders. Revision requests (up to 2 rounds included per order) must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial draft.
3. Copyright & Platform Claims Resolution
Our audio files are structured to avoid automated Content ID system matches. In the event of an automated claim on a platform such as YouTube or Meta, contact hello@adwavemusic.com with your order details for prompt whitelist processing.
4. Refunds & Revisions
Because audio assets are custom-produced digital goods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to final master file delivery.
